Stages 3, 4 and 5 of Brosna's Career Transition Service

Stages 3, 4 and 5 of Brosna's Career Transition Service

Stage 3 Enacting the Plan

The emphasis at this stage will involve you enacting your plan to target and pursue new opportunities as agreed at Stage 2, all with our ongoing support. This will involve up to 3 x 30 min review and coaching telephone calls to review your progress and for you to seek advice to evaluate emerging job options. We have flexibility how we use and time Stages 3 & 4 and sometimes we advance Stage 4 If a more immediate job opportunity arises and then use the Stage 3 time to provide further coaching immediately before a specific interview to refresh, remind and relax you to perform at your best.

Stage 4 Interview Preparation

This important stage will involve an intensive four hour coaching session with you to ensure that you are fully prepared for any upcoming short-list job interviews. We would typically conduct this as two x two hour on-line sessions.  We will use video role play, behavioural feedback and Brosna’s proprietary techniques for matching and communicating your competencies at interviews so that you are the stand-out candidate. We are direct, honest and practical in providing feedback and we will guide you through both the behavioural modifications and interview techniques needed to give you the very best chance of success.

Step 5 Debrief

This final stage will typically involve a further 2 x 30 mins phone or Skype calls to debrief as necessary 1) after job interviews 2) after any recruitment decision. In particular we will help you to distil the lessons learned and focus on areas to improve if you have further interviews ahead.
